My visit was amazing. Michelle was kind patient and was extremely helpful. The dresses that she offered had a wide range of colours and patterns. Overall I would recommend this shop for any dress for a special occasion, having the shop to ourselves made me feel special and relaxed.

On arrival my daughter briefly gave Michelle an idea of the style and colour she was looking for. Michelle offered gentle advice and was not pushy. More praise for Michelle, who is quite simply, in a league of her own. From the moment you walk into her shop, to the moment you leave, the experience she creates is absolutely flawless. Not only does she know EXACTLY how to make the customer feel at ease, ( in our case an almost 13 year old with VERY specific requirements), but she also made this a positive and calm experience for me. Not always such an easy task and definitely not the case at the other places we tried. Michelle has a superb selection of dresses at very reasonable prices. She gives you as much time as you need and is relaxed and a pleasure to be around. I honestly felt like dancing, such was my relief when I walked out of her shop with a beautiful dress in hand and a child who was excited and not complaining about anything! AMAZING, Michelle if there would be 10 stars you would definitely deserve them all. After very bad experience elsewhere, searching for prom dress, my daughter gave up hopes to find THE dress. So I was looking for another shops and found Silhouette London. We booked appointment online and headed there. Lady with a warm smile opened the doors and let us in. She asked my daughter what is she looking for and then started to bring out all of the dresses her size. And they were loads. All of her help, advise, patience and support was outstanding. Michelle made my daughter to feel special. (When Michelle went back for more dresses my girl lean to me and said- mum, she is AMAZING. I love here and her ) I can’t thank enough. I thought I’ll wait till the prom day, take a photo and then write review. But I just couldn’t stop thinking. There are still AMAZING people out there. Michelle THANK YOU 😊🙏❤👗

I was so excited to wear a Silhouette dress for my Bat Mitzvah last October. Many people told me that when I needed to get my dress, I had to go and see Michelle at Silhouette. They were right. There was so many different and unique dresses to choose from and so many colours too! Michelle let me try on as many dresses as I wanted until I found “my” dress. She was so patient and very welcoming and the whole experience was so much fun. Silhouette’s dresses are just right for tweens and teens and they make you feel beautiful but not look too old….

Took both my kids one 12 one 13 to Michelle at Silhouette …
Michelle is gorgeous , knowledgeable and patient ! We found the most perfect dresses for them both. Michelle got both personalities straight away and found them the perfect dresses. She is a breath of fresh air .. not at all pushy but kind and just wants you and your child to be 100 percent happy with your purchases x

I can’t recommend Silhouette highly enough. Not only do they have a fantastic, broad selection of beautiful dresses, their customer service was truly remarkable. I needed a different sized dress and so returned the smaller one via courier but it somehow got lost. Despite having a tracking number it was no where to be found and the courier kept saying there was nothing they could do. I had given up on resolving the issue but Michelle relentlessly chased this down for me and after weeks of work on her part, she was able to get the amount of the dress refunded to me. This was a very welcome surprise and was unlike any commitment you would ever get from the larger chains. The new dress fit beautifully and my daughter was thrilled. We owe a huge thanks to the whole team! You have earned a very loyal customer!

Have nothing but praise for this gorgeous magical shop/princess parlour owned by the most helpful and caring beautiful lady! Amazing quality dresses and a fabulous selection to choose from! Even the experience in selecting a dress was a memorable one.

Two daughters. Both with totally different styles. I took a look online and couldn’t see anything that immediately jumped out at me, so was unsure I would find anything. A private appointment was booked for daughter #1 and we met Michelle the owner of Silhouette – she was so welcoming and helped to pull out lots of options. It’s overwhelming at first – colours, frills, sparkles – but Michelle helps narrow it down to best-suited styles and shapes. We thought we knew the colour we wanted, but ended up going for something totally different.. not something we had originally picked up to try on. Lesson learned – try on as much as you can! Returned with daughter #2 and feared the experience and the successful outcome might not be the same. But it was. Michelle has such patience – lacing up, pulling in, buttoning around – even the annoying ‘let’s try the first one on again’ doesn’t phase her, even after dress number 15. It’s a big purchase, for a precious girl, and Michelle’s patience and expertise makes the boutique experience just wonderful. Prices are staggeringly reasonable and I will definitely be coming back again.

Clothes shopping with my 12-year-old daughter tends to be a bit of a nightmare these days. That was not the case today when we visited Silhouette, in search of a fabulous party dress. My daughter loved it there; she thought she’d arrived in princess dress heaven. I’ve not seen such a large and varied selection anywhere else and the service and advice we received could not have been better or wiser. When we finally managed to choose just one dress from so many gorgeous options, we got such helpful suggestions and tips about accessories etc. I will definitely be buying all my daughter’s posh frocks from Silhouette, I’m so glad we found this gem of a shop.
