How do I get in touch?
What if I don’t know my size?
Sizing is always so difficult to gauge online which is why we have provided as many size charts as we can for your information. You can access them here together with details of how to measure yourself. Where there is no size chart information, we are always happy to advise on size and can measure individual items for you if needed.Â
As a rule of thumb though, where a young girl is already in adult sizing on the high street she is likely to be in dresses from our Teen Edit or in the Age 14-16 in our Tween Edit. It does sometimes depend on the style of each individual dress and if you’re unsure, we’re alwaysn here to help.
How long will my item take to arrive?
We try to get every order packed and dispatched within 1-2 days of ordering and will ship to you using whatever method you have chosen on checkout.Â
Standard shipping normally takes 2-3 days from dispatch to arrive and Standard Next Day Delivery generally arrives next day or at most within 2 days of dispatch.
With Royal Mail’s guaranteed next day service, your item will arrive the day after dispatch and if you need something urgently, please let us know and we will do our utmost to get your package dispatched that day.
When a Custom Order is placed for you, we will let you know its estimated ETA and will keep you posted once the item is received.
What if I want to return an online order?
Any stock item ordered online can be returned, unworn and in saleable condition, for a full refund (less any shipping costs). All we ask is that you please let us know that you’re returning an item. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
Where we have ordered an item in especially for you, this can only be returned for a credit note or an exchange from stock, unless faulty.
What if I can’t find my size online or would prefer a different colour?
We can often custom order certain dresses in different sizes or different colours and we will always do our best to find what you are after. Custom orders are however only returnable for an exchange from stock, or a credit note, so, we will always strive to make sure that you are happy with both the size and colour that is being ordered. Please let us know any questions you might have on any item as we’re always happy to help…
When should we start looking for an occasion dress?
It’s different for everyone but we usually say to start looking about 4-6 months before the event. For a younger girl, mums often worry that they will outgrow a dress if they buy too early but as long as the dress you choose has a little bit of ‘give’ this shouldn’t be a problem. Also, as long as we discuss this at the time of purchase, if your daughter outgrows her dress before the event, we are always happy to exchange it for you.
And if you’re more last minute and don’t have 4-6 months before your event, that’s not a problem either. We always hold a huge selection of styles and sizes and you’re sure to find something, even if you only have a couple of weeks to go!
When is the boutique open? Can we just walk in?
The Boutique is open by appointment only. This is so that we are able to give each of our customers one to one attention. You can book an appointment here,email us or call us on 07788 758681 and we’d be happy to fit you in. We have available slots every day apart from Saturday when the shop is closed.
How long is each appointment?
We allow one hour for each appointment. We are happy to run an appointment for friends at the same time but we have only one changing room so sometimes, if you’d like an appointment for two or more, particularly for Prom appointments, please call us on 07788 758 681 so that we can book a double appointment for you.
Do you do alterations?
We don’t do alterations in store but we’re happy to advise and if you are London based can give you numbers for some excellent seamstresses. Just send us a text/whats app on 07788 758681 and we’ll send you some numbers…
Do you hire your outfits?
All of our products are available to purchase only. I’m afraid we don’t offer a hire service at the moment.
Do you sell Pre-Loved outfits?
We do sell Pre-Loved tween and teen outfits. These are only available to buy online but we are always available to help with sizing etc. Our pre-loved collection is not available to try on in store. The sale of our pre-loved collection raises money for a wonderful charity called Teens Unite which helps teenagers and young people suffering from cancer. Up to 100% of the proceeds from each pre-loved sale on our website goes directly to the charity.
